Hotel and Parking Gatwick Airport: Best Park and Stay Deals for 2025

The most competitive packages are often found through aggregators that specialise in airport logistics, such as Holiday Extras and APH, which bundle transfers and parking into one price.

For better value, consider a hotel where the shuttle service is included in the parking rate.

At-a-Glance Comparison: Hotel + Parking Packages

According to the official Gatwick Airport website, there are seven on-airport hotels.

In contrast, off-airport hotels like the Premier Inn Gatwick A23 or the Britannia Hotels properties offer park-and-ride packages.

Walkable Hotels to Gatwick Airport

The Travelodge Airport Central package, sold through Purple Parking, is a classic example: you park at the hotel overnight, then move your car to a dedicated lot for the trip duration, with a shuttle to the terminals.

Comparison sites like TravelSupermarket list numerous properties with these bundled deals, highlighting that the term “walkable” can vary significantly between properties.

Our review of various sources, including the official hotel sites and comparison engines, shows the following general trends:

Budget Band (£80–£120 for one night + one week parking): Properties like the Travelodge Airport Central and Cambridge Hotel often fall into this range, especially when booked through aggregators.

Premium Band (£180+): On-airport options like the Sofitel or YotelAir generally have higher base room rates, and parking must be added separately, pushing the total higher.

Our Recommendation

After comparing the verified details from official sources and established comparison platforms, our recommendation for most travellers looking for a hotel and parking Gatwick Airport package depends on your transfer preference.

For those prioritising absolute value and comfortable with a short bus ride, the Travelodge Airport Central package via Purple Parking offers a reliable, budget-friendly option.

In contrast, families might prefer the flexibility of the Britannia Hotels which, per their official site, offer parking durations of roughly 4, 8, or 15 nights, providing options for longer trips.

Our Recommendation: Choose the Premier Inn Gatwick A23 for the best balance of price, comfort, and logistical simplicity. It requires a shuttle but offers consistent quality.

For the absolute lowest price, book the Travelodge package, but only if you’re happy to wait for the shuttle.
